Stacey Ranucci, BSPharm, BCGP, CDCES, CDOE
Stacey has served on the NABP Executive Committee since 2023. She was the District 1 rep to the 2022 Resolutions Committee. She was the District 1 Chairman from 2019 -2022. Stacey has served on the Rhode Island Dept of Health’s Board of Pharmacy since 2015, and served as its chair from 2018-2022. Stacey is a 1998 graduate of URI School of Pharmacy, and is a MBA candidate in the MBA program at Nichols College. She currently is the Director of Pharmacy for the Rhode Island Primary Care Physician Corp/Integra CCN. She has 26+ years of experience in pharmacy, and is board certified in geriatric pharmacotherapy and a certified diabetes educator. In her spare time, Stacey enjoys spending time at the beach with her family.
Brad Hamilton, BSPharm, R.Ph.
Brad Hamilton, Compliance Officer to the Maine Board of Pharmacy, has served on the NABP Executive Committee since 2018. As an active member of NABP, he has served on many committees and task forces. He served as NABP Treasurer from 2023 to 2024, and is currently President-elect until 2025. Mr Hamilton currently is a Regional Operations Manager for Hannaford Food and Drug in Scarborough, Maine. Brad is very involved with his community. A 2001 graduate of Northeasten University Bouve’ School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA., Brad enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife Tammy, and their daughter Olivia.

Robert H. Carpenter BSPharm, RPh
Rob Carpenter, Vice Chair of the Vermont Board of Pharmacy, has been the Sec/Treas of District 1 Since January 2021, succeeding Anita Young. Rob has a BSPharm from the Univesity of Connecticut School of Pharmacy, graduating in 1976.He currently is a regional support pharmacist for Hannaford Food and Drug, working in both Vermont and New Hampshire. He has served on the Vermont Board since 2014, and has been a delegate to the NABP Annual Meeting several times. He has served on several Committees and Task Forces for NABP.
Rob was the President of the Vermont Pharmacists Association from 2000-2003, and treasurer of that organization from 1992-1999. He is the 2020 recipient of the Bowl of Hygeia for Vermont. He is the 2020 recipient of the APhA Foundation/NASPA Bowl of Hygeia for Vermont, and the 2024 recipient of the NABP Carmen A. Catizone Honorary President Award.

Timothy D. Fensky, RPh, DPh, FACA
Mr. Fensky is a past member of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy. He served on the NABP EC (2017-2018), as NABP Treasurer (2018), President-Elect (2019), President (2020), and Chair of EC (2021). He has served on many committees and task forces. Tim is currently employed by Advanced Wellness Pharmacy. Further, he is recognized as a full Fellow of the American College of Apoothecaries and is an adjunct faculty member of MCPHS in Boston. Mr Fensky graduated from the Northeastern University Bouve’ School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and has a honorary PharmD license from the Oklahoma Board of Pharmacy.

Cassandra White, PharmD BCACP BCGP
Dr. White was appointed to the Maine Board of Pharmacy in December 2021 and currently serves as its chair. She is a member of the Maine Pharmacists Association, has served on its Board of Directors, and was president from 2016 to 2019. She currently is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Husson University, where she has been since 2013. She graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Albany, NY. in 2012. Cassandra is an avid runner who has competed in marathons and triathlons. Cassandra enjoys travelling, cooking, concerts and spending time with family, friends and forever fiancé Joel.

Robert DiCenzo, PharmD BCPS FCCP FAPhA
Mr. DiCenzo is the current Dean of the School of Pharmacy at MCPHS-Boston, and Associate Provost of Pharmaceutical Education. His previous experience in pharmacy education includes Dean of Shenandoah University Dunn School of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacy Practice Chair, Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, and Interim Dean at ACPHS, Director of EE at St John Fisher College, Associate Professor at SUNY-Buffalo, and IRB Chair at Rochester, NY Medical Center. Robert received his BSPharm from SUNY-Buffalo and his PharmD from ACPHS.
